Hugh Herr’s Journey from Double Amputee to Bionic Limb Inventor

In his keynote speech to the Autodesk University general session, Hugh Herr shares his inspirational story. After frostbite took both of his legs and a doctor told him he’d never climb again, Hugh he set out to create his own revolutionary bionic legs. With his new legs, he can accomplish climbs impossible for a normal human. Now a professor at MIT, he encourages his students to dream big.
