1. Endoscopy with biopsy-invasive, reliable for active infection and metaplasia/gastritis
2. H. Pylori Breath Test-Reliable for active infection, non-invasive
3. H. Pylori Stool Antigen Test-Reliable for active infection, non-invasive
4. Blood, H. Pylori Antibody Test-does not indicate active infection. Possible past infection.

Steps to manage H. Pylori infection.
1. ACV test. 2 table spoons mixed in water 5 minutes before a meal.
**Burning--consider gut healing protocol.

My H. I had a severe case of h pylori a few years ago. I followed drs instructions and took the antibiotics. I really felt malnourished but didn’t realise it until I started building myself up with supplements after the treatment. If I now feel stomach issues I take acv . It helps immensely. I also eat fermented kimchi or sauerkraut as often as I can. I’ve heard the older you get the less stomach acids we produce so I’m conscious of that now. Feeling 100% better! My daughters tested as well but they were fine.
