I randomly stumbled upon this genre of video over the last week and have seen a lot of different youtubers fixing pcs and game cartridges and such by now. I just want to say I appreciate your always professional attitude toward the client. You point out mistakes and find hair and fuzz and poor maintenance without sensationalizing it and ridiculing the client or previous repair tech, and you always have a great attitude about having to dig back into the computer for the 7th time even though you really don’t want to. Not everyone has the head for the troubleshooting process, but you have mastered it. It’s so much more than just knowledge of the parts.
