The Rogue is Nissan’s best-selling vehicle in Canada, and to keep it fresh, it gets some updates for 2024. It becomes the automaker’s first model with Google Built-In; there are some tweaks to its front and rear styling; and it loses the non-turbo engine found in the base trim last year.

As before, it’s a handsome and practical commuter, with an interior that isn’t quite class-leading for space but is very comfortable nevertheless. The three-cylinder engine — yup, just a trio of pistons — introduced a couple of years ago on most trims now becomes the default in all 2024 Nissan Rogue trims.

Kind of a rip-off on the cost of the colors. They know very few people are going to pick black or white. I'm still not a fan of that screen sticking out of the top of the dashboard.

The CVT is garbage. A friend had a very nice white Rouge, the transmission died at 124000 kilometers. Put a first gear in it.
