The problem I have is to connect also the OTAs like Airbnb and Booking messages. They don't have public API and the problem is that I don't want to change platform for the messages communication. Hello, great video! How would you handle not responding until multiple messages have been received?

For example, receiving the following messages:

- Hello
- Good morning
-I wanted information about this image
-(sends photo)

As you can see, everything is not received in a single message, and the message also includes a photo, so the agent must wait to receive everything.

The Windows Buffer memory: you link the key to the actual message body? Shouldn't that be linked to the thread ID so you can thread memories together based upon the user that interacts and not what the user is saying?

I think you forgot to say the whatsapp test number is not a real number and you can't initiate the talk on your phone you have to create the access token first
