We finally have our new engine! I wanted to overbuild this engine to withstand the stress of drifting, but for the engine to laugh at the power we will be at. With all of our engine support upgrades, we will be looking strong! Thank you to @ALBERTOBIGBOOST for building the engine!

With the isr mounts your gonna have to do the Honda hood prop to make the engine not hit

Hey Shulman happy that you're getting. new engine! But how are you going to deal with the lack of top end power the 1.5jz will make? The exhaust ports on the 1j head are much smaller than the 2jz(flows air quickly- but chokes itself out at high rpms).

All the 1.5jz dyno graphs(including my setup) all naturally look the same even with 272 cams. Huge torque on the low/mid end but power falling off on the top end. Hope you consider going to a 2jz head in the future for the better flow!

Did you need to modify the oil gallery for the block and heads oil gallery to line up?
