*Requested* Quick and Easy Nursing Documentation

Hey friends! In this video i will be giving you a quick and easy lesson on how i document on patients chart and how i write my report for each patient as a lpn working in a long term care facility (nursing home) Remember friends, dont over think it! Working in a nursing home gives you great practice and familiarity with writing nursing notes. Just follow the previous nurses guide and good luck!

Oh Man.. i started my shift yesterday, and it was overwhelming... 😭😭 I practiced through out my shift and RN helped me a lot. Too many patients for charting but it wasn’t too bad. Thanks for the video!!

Just keep it too the point, short and sweet. I heard that for 2yrs in nursing school.
If i have any down time i get a couple of charts out of the way, but i never ever get out on time.
I work just part time now, and will help pick up here and there and they will usually give u a little bonus in pay or gift card.
I write TPR of course, there intake in meal or fluid, then write about there treatment with medications.
