Thanks! Really hoping this fixes my issues. I've been having to restart filmora every time I want to start a new project because it either crashes or the timeline shows a one hour video as being like 28 minutes long

My Filmora 9 wasn't working at all right! It appeared corrupted! And the exported video would not play correctly!
Then I did what you said but missed checking the delete rendering files box which I then ticked!
I had improvement right away in every section! And the exported videos play good again !
If I would have not seen your excellent tutor I would have blundered around looking for goodness knows how long to fix the programme!

Thank you for all of this info. Adding the info about the drivers & the upgrade is something I have not heard of elsewhere. I am going to try all of these and hope it resolves my issue of freezing during editing.

Thanks! It works when I just change my GPU from intel UHD to nvidia gpu.

Ok I try this yesterday and it seem to be working but When I was render a effect my laptop shut off completely 😒 i have cleared up my disc drive, Everything else seems to be running smooth except the Filmora. I will keep trying thanks.

What if the checkboxes are greyed out not allowing you to check them, how do you go about that please?

Spoke too soon regarding everything coming right ! It was working good the night before opening from screen icon correctly but when I opened up this morning it did not open correctly - the corruption is back
Couldn't even close Filmora 9 correctly! project files are missing ! Should I remove and reinstall?
