Just got this which fixed my problem, official from Filmora Tech Support:
"To fix this issue, please find the icon of this software on your desktop, then right click on it and select "open file location" then find the .xml file named runtime_config.xml then open with text and change the second line to " <Property key="PerferDevices" type="std::wstring" value="D3D11"/> then save it."

The error's source is not the error report tool that you are modifying here. It's something else, likely related to the Filmora install, your OS, or the GPU in your system. Deleting those registry keys is not targeting the source of the issue. It might just break the program altogether which is not what you want! Avoid touching the registry if possible, and most importantly do NOT DELETE registry files.
In my case I had to go through my GPU and tell it to allow the "integrated graphics" to handle Filmora software. This appears to be an bug on Filmora's side. Their SCRN program is not playing nice with NVIDIA, and apparently other GPU's have similar issues. Intel's integrated graphics is not the most powerful, but it does not crash the program. Also, please note, as of the time of this comment, Filmora Scrn is only supported by 64-bit systems.

I delete BugSplat, I close the tab to open Filmora, when I get in, BOOM! BugSplat error. I open "Regedit" (It's called "Registration Editor" now, or at least on my computer), and BugSplat just re-appears. I delete it again, same thing happens. Then I tried opening Filmora WITH the Regedit tab open, STILL GET AN ERROR. This doesn't work, as of now. I don't know how accurate his was 2 years ago, but doesn't work as of 2020. Not helpful.

It didn't work for me, Bugsplat was still back in both ways: delating the wondershare fold from Bugsplat's fold from register and delating the Bugsplat's fold itself. I had to unistall and reinstall the software.

what solved my case, i unchecked the Gpu option in performance, seems to be a conflict between filmora and graphic cards..

When I try to load it, it says error 216 should I be worried and it gives me two bug splat reports and multiple error 216 pop ups

i got my first bugsplat error and it scared the LIFE OUT OF ME so i searched up if it was malware but no so then i looked up how to get it off of my screen and seen your video, thanks!

another way to solve is RUN AS ADMINOSTRATOR the filmora :) hope it helps
