HOW DO I MAKE TRAVEL VLOGS WITH A TERMINAL ILLNESS?

It's going to be a challenge when I get out on the streets of foreign countries to resume this travel channel. How am I supposed to make travel videos after five months being tied to hospitals? Your suggestions are welcome.
