Make sure you can ping your GNS3 VMs ip else it will show as offline even though powered on

I install gns3 client and gns3vm in vmware gns3 client calling vm by vm interface ip+3080port vm open and gns3 load and showing vm details in vmware but in gns3 client gns3 vm server showing grey not green. Interface disable enable done, both Vm and client are new version but not working... how to resolve that
