I was trying to find how long I needed to boil my corn and, unintentionally, discovered that I've been dehydrating my corn, my entire life; thinking I was adding mucho fLaVoUr 💀

Add a pinch of sugar and milk to your boiling water

Corn only requires 1" of boiling water to steam the corn. It is much quicker than boiling a huge pot of water. Bring the 1" of water to a boil, add the corn - as many as you want - and cover. Steam for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn off heat, serve with butter and salt.

Ehh... one thing sucks that people like Jessica just removed their husks before boiling. To Asians, the husks give you a flavor just like bamboo leaves flavoring sticky rice dumplings.

Why are you cooking corn ? I eat my white corn from southern NJ raw. I find it sweeter & better flavor
