A Small Pod to Win the World / Eran Efrat

Operating with a small team whether in the animal world or in business may seem like a disadvantage and something that can make you an easy target to bigger groups. But being small can actually be a great advantage in both the animal and the human world; Agility, speed, clear lines of communication and fast decision making, mean you can often be the first to arrive or the first to pivot, outmaneuvering much larger groups.
My fascination with the animal world allowed me to observe this in animals and apply this to my own life.
I want to share my story, how I came to be a great believer in small teams and how this has helped my company thrive and how, in the wake of October 7th I took all this experience and embarked on a completely unexpected journey.
