Super fresh and simple, Pico De Gallo! This is a wonderful way to use those fresh tomatoes and peppers this summer. I will show you how to make it extra yummy by taking one extra step when you throw together this 6 ingredient dip! In our family, we use it for many more things than just a dip and I am sure you will too!

Here are the ingredients:
Rainbow Gardens Fresh Pico De Gallo
3 Cups Diced Tomatoes, seeds removed
2 Cups Diced Sweet or White Onion (prepared as shown in video)
1/2 Cup Finely Diced Jalapeno Peppers (or to taste)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Cilantro Leaves, Loosely Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (or to taste)

Optional
1/4 Teaspoon Granulated Cane Sugar

Great video.  Forgive me I haven't heard of pico de gallo,   thanks for something new!!!   We go to Mexico every winter and this is a dish we make every few days when we are down there.  We just call it salsa but now have a new name.

I love that stuff. My neighbor is Hispanic and makes it for me as long as I provide the veggies. I allow her to pick enough from my gardens to make enough for both of us! lol

I love your enthusiasm for salsa and just wanted to tell you that In Mexico we prefer to use roma tomatoes for pretty much everything including salsa, maybe you can try adding some to your garden.

It looks so bright and vibrant and so fresh straight from the garden! I hadn't heard of pico de gallo but have a similar salsa recipe. I like the glass container at the end too.
