As a testament to Batman's parenting, when a Superman of another Earth was trying to convince Batman to join him to replace the current Earth as it has become "too dark and less heroic", Bruce only asked one question, "Was Dick Grayson a worst man on my Earth than he was in yours?". This alternate Superman had to agree that Grayson was as good and heroic (maybe better) on this Earth as he was on the alt Earth. This gave Batman the right push to fight for his current Earth's survival (source: Infinite Crisis)

That exchange where Dick is like, “Damian I’m not interrogating; just taking an interest, ” and Damian just pauses and is like, “Oh.” Is so fucking wholesome because it implies a lot about what Damian typically gets from Batman, which is controlling tendencies focused on permission. Damian is like, “Hey, maybe my brother really isn’t my dad, he’s something cool that I don’t have to constantly compete with for authority over my life.” It’s very wholesome and shows why Dick is the best character. I love him so much.

I love how you mention and state the fact that Dick is also a big brother figure, not just a leader or a fighter, he plays a important role in many of the titans characters stories, be platonic or romantically.

When we talk about "toxic masculinity" is not that all masculinity is toxic. Is just that certain imposed aspects that btw also make men miserable.

There is not a single or correct way to "be a man". There is nothing wrong with showing feelings or expressing vulnerability, etc.

Even thought Bruce Wayne/ Batman didn't really have the potential to fully become an integrated man/ individual, he was nonetheless able to raise one with Robin/ Dick Grayson. He knew what to pass on to his adpoted son to help him succeed him as a hero and as a man, and what to protect him from so that he didn't become a repeat of himself, or something even worse.

I had this massive crush on Dick Grayson when I was a preteen, and he's still one of my favorites DC characters. I can picture various formations of the Titans, but I can't picture one Dick's not in it. I also don't understand why some people try to make him the heir of the Batman mantle, he's not Batman, and that's not a bad a thing at all.

The Ninja Turtles would be fun to go over, each of them in their own video or analyzing each of them in one video. For my entire life it's been hard to pick a favorite, I've strongly related to all of them at different points and I'm very similar to the Turtles without even trying to be, likely from growing up with them since I was too young to remember.
