Like a real person who reads comics the most accurate is like that:

-vs Nightwing: mid or a little bit high diff
-vs Green Arrow: mid diff
-vs Hawkeye: low or mid diff (depends the terrain)
-Black Widow: mid diff (sometimes i think that everyone think that BW is the same as in MCU)
-Leon: no diff
-Chris: no diff (the only ace of Chris is the Battle IQ but even with that is a easy fight for Batman)
-Scorpion: depends if is Hanzo high diff if is the spectre ninja fighter Batman can maybe lose
-Sub Zero: Kuai Liang: high diff
-Sub Zero: Bi Han: Batman lose

Scorpion scales magnitudes above Comic Batman in AP, speed, etc. The man was tossing around Iniustice Supes like it was nothing in the MK x DC crossover (which is canon). If you don’t know, Injustice Superman scales around Moon Level to Small Planet level.

Furthermore, he also defeated Injustice Trigon — who scales some unquantifiable amount above Superman.

I think it’s fair to put Scorpion around Moon Level to Large Planet Level (in terms of AP).

His speed scaling is pretty decent. He’s dodged and kept up with lightning on multiple occasions. This should get him to around MHS+ in combat/reaction speed.
