This raw vegan lasagna recipe is inspired by fullyraw kristina but elevated to more cooked like pasta feel to make it more tasty less crunchy
Ingredients Here
5-7 zucchini cut in mandolin
Rich filling
3cups arugula /rocket
1-2 cups Italian parsley
1-2 cups cilantro
1-2 cups diced spring onions
1small bunch of spinach
3-4 leaves of swiss chard leaves
Marinara Sauce
3-4 of tomatoes
3 stems Swiss chard leaves
Bunch of fresh dill and thyme
3-4 dates
Juice of one lime

Cream
1-2 small zucchini
1-2 cups of pine nuts or any nut
1-2 cloves of garlic
Garnish with olives or cherry tomatoes big desire

You can also use your potato peeler to make your recipe
is less dangerous than the mandolin
