Hey guys, just letting everyone know that I officially bought the membership to access the rest of the videos yesterday, 3 years after I started watching these guys. I will update you later on if it's actually worth it!

EDIT: So, it has been a month and here's the update.

Sadly, I haven't been able to spend enough time practicing League due to many issues in my life. However, I can confirm that they deliver everything they promise. They have a lot of content, similar to YouTube videos, and long gameplay commentaries. Not every gameplay commentary is as high quality as the ones we see in YouTube, but the number of them can make up for it. Also, the website is organized well, if you are a Top Lane main such as myself, you will be seeing Top Lane content.

The few issues I had was the general elo of the gameplay, but this should not concern the majority of you. I am a D2 player, so when most of the videos were against Platinum players and below, it sometimes lost point. Regardless, each video taught me something.

I must also mention subscribing and cancelling the subscription is indeed as easy as they claim. You can subscribe easily with a credit/debt card and cancel anytime with a single click. However, when I cancelled my subscription I still had one day I could use, but it got cancelled as well. So I suggest not cancelling earlier.

Many Korean pros and challenger players have said that it feels downright suffocating to lane vs Showmaker. Dopa has said that, assuming every other lane is dead even, the team with Showmaker will always win.
He's still got a lot to prove on the international stage, but this guy is a solo que monster.
I've watched LCK since the league's very beginning, and many top midlaners like Rookie and Chovy were often hyped as the second coming of Faker, but Showmaker is the only one that really reminded me of Faker's debut. I can't wait to see him and DWG in Worlds

So to summarize: Volatile lanes create a big shift in the rules, which will punish the default strategems typically discussed. These types of lanes are exactly why aTypical ideas (like Ezreal/Twitch Jungle) still have a place in the game.

My thinking was different though.
I saw that Showmaker had helped kill Lee and Xerath just a minute or two before, so Lee would likely expect his blue quadrant to be warded out, not risk going to his respawning blue expecting it to be either taken or he'll get collapsed on, and go to his red quadrant. 😁
