Hi. Help please: I was wondering if councils have the right to sell greenbelt land. If they are corporations and council tax is illegal, doesn't it follow that councils are themselves illegal and don't have the authority to sell land? This is very pertinent to where I live, so some help would be very much appreciated.

Council is only liabile on the assumption your in a dwelling, a dwelling is a property in business occupation. The legislation does not state a domestic property is liable
