In Denmark, we are discussing if we should give American scientists a sanctuary in Denmark, because of the situation in the US. From America… not from Russia, Belarus or Iran. It sounds SO crazy I almost can’t believe it.

A missing piece in this analysis is that the struggle of low income Americans is very real. It is not hard to convince people that their economic woes are due to other countries ripping us off or illegal immigrants in this affordability crisis. The truth is that the booming US economy in the last 50 years has disproportionately benefited the richest in the country. These policies will only make that worse.
