Hey Don! I'm loving this strategy, I'd never explored MACD before. I love the live trade videos by the way, not enough of that out on YouTube.

One thing I'm struggling with is how are you making sure you're going with the main trend? I got stopped out a lot this week (free trades!) and I'm unsure how to avoid that. Maybe that's just life? I was considering using some kind of EMA/SMA to help filter counter trend trading, but I don't want to muck this strategy up.

If this is in the book I can just wait to read through that (its on the way).

Another great video Don! One thing I struggle with is where to put my stop losses. I feel like most of the time, I’m just “winging it.” I just kind of eye ball a 1.5 to 2:1 ratio. Is that something you could discuss in more detail in a future video? Thanks again. Happy Holidays!

I really enjoy MACD based trading on 5 min chart. I noticed in such trades that if we also see MACD in higher time frame such as 15 / 30 mins while taking 5 min trade then success rate is high.

If you play 5 dollars a point . Is that mean. If I place 4000 dollars I'll get 800 contacts? Granted each time ES mini futures goes up on Dollar, you'll make 5 dollars each point it climbs or depends on if your shorting? Thanks again in advance.
