Rogue Legacy 2 looks great, as does Astral Ascent. I really enjoyed playing Dark Devotion, so I’m hoping their next title is even better!

The thing I look for in these most of all is CLEAR PARSING of animations into clear attack type, spatial orientation, direction. Rogue Legacy 2 and Cult of the Lamb both do that much better than the rest.

I strongly agree about being happy to see new Chinese developers. Back in uni I was a physics / chinese dual major for a while, and although it always felt weird speaking chinese as a white guy, I learned so much about their history and culture it was unbelievable. Thousands of years of history we just never learn anything about in the west! There's a lot there, and if even 1% of it is worth importing, it's going to be a landslide.
