I'm the dev behind Equin: The Lantern (my other channel is under Del_Duio, apparently I can't switch to it from my phone XD) Thank you for including my game on your list, it took over 10 years to get to the point it's at now!

Since you were so nice to include The Void Rains Upon Her Heart (I didn't even know there were people besides me mentioning the game), I might as well repay the favor by adding a ton more to the list.
- Demoncrawl, a game that gives the roguelike treatment to Minesweeper, with different power-ups and character classes. Just over 400 reviews.
- Berserker's Descent, a side-scrolling 2D character action style game similar to Valdis Story in terms of combat.
- Violet Cycle, an isometric robo-samurai brawler with multiple weapon choices and lots of combat dashing. A little slower-paced than Hades, and not the same kind of upgrade variety.
- The Swindle, a steampunk stealth platformer standing at mixed reviews by the creators of Lair of the Clockwork God. It's got sneaking, hacking, character upgrades, a unique permadeath structure.
- Heart&Slash, a 3D character action brawler closer to DMC in structure, even if it's much easier in certain ways. Lots of different weapons and upgrades, and some great music.
- Fission Superstar X, a heavy metal game about flying a spaceship and carving a path from Planet X to Earth. Slap different weapons and shields on, dogfight with other spaceships looking to destroy you. The sci-fi spiritual successor to Death Skid Marks.
- Bunker Punks, a retro-styled FPS in the vein of something like Wolfenstein or Doom, in a post-apocalyptic setting full of robots to shoot. Worth looking at if you want something like Nightmare Reaper but not Nightmare Reaper.
- EatWell, the closest I will ever come to recommending straight up shovelware. It's like roguelite Pac-Man, with lots of unusual power-ups and secrets.
- The Consuming Shadow, a lovecraftian horror action roguelite that predates World of Horror but shares a similar theme of exploring the occult trying to find a way to stop a coming dark god. Notably, made by Yahtzee of the web show Zero Punctuation.
- The Treehouse Man, which technically qualifies since the studio's other roguelite Gloom has over 400 reviews (not like that stopped me the last couple times). Like a blend between an RPG and a bullet hell platformer, where you sail a boat through haunted waters looking for your lost god.
- Since you mentioned Nongunz in last year's video, I just need to leave an update that the game got pulled from Steam due to publisher drama. There's a new version, Doppelganger Edition, coming soon under Digerati.
- Dig Dog. Oh my god, the most overlooked game on Steam. Fast paced, perfect for short bursts of gameplay, you control a dog digging for bones in areas swarming with dangerous monsters that lurk underground.
- 1001st Hyper Tower. A fast FPS about climbing an endless mysterious tower in an Arabian cyberpunk setting.
- Rhythm Fighter. You've talked about it before, but it's still under the radar for many.
- Rogue Glitch, a 2D action platformer with lots of upgrade variety and tight controls.
- Bombslinger. Roguelite cowboy Bomberman. Not a whole lot else to say.

Thanks for giving galak-z some attention. Since I played it I have been looking for similar games, 'luftrauser' for example is too fast and chaotic, galak-z did combat really really well.

This is the good stuff Clemmy! I love The Void Rains Upon Her Heart, mechanically it's awesome and thematically it's just so unique.

Haque looks really cool, I'm playing more and more traditional rogue-likes lately so that's going on the list for sure.

Galak Z was fun but yes, it's unconventional controls made it hard for most people to get into the game's feel. Unlike games like luftrausers with an open sky, the game had a lot of obstacle and walls.

Wonder if they ever updated it's control scheme.

I feel that I, Dracula: Genesis, Cavity Busters and Devil Slayer Raksasi are massively underrated too. Good list, there's some really fun one in there.

So happy to see Haque as I backed it years ago and it's an awesome game

Dungeon Deathball looks like it's right up my alley - a sports turn-based rogue-like.

Wow! truly hidden! Never heard of any of this titles ( except "warsaw"). "Void rains" call my attention. Looks dope as hell.

6:51 Dungeon Death Ball - this looks like a new RPG Sim that will be my favorite since playing my Shining Force: The Sword Of Hajya on my SEGA GAME GEAR, a very popular RPG Sim in the 90's.

I got a physical version of Galak-Z through the now defunct Indie-Box company. Came with an awesome cassette tape of the soundtrack which I still like to play occasionally :)

I wish someone would remake one of my favorites as a kid, Telengard.

There is going to come a point in the future where we all groan at the news of another rougelike

Damn, that Basingstoke footage needs some kind of seizure health warning!

I have many games I have bought on iPad that I've never even started up 'cos every time I turn it on, I can't stop myself from playing Solitairica. 4 years and counting...
