And Apple still didn't make that thing when you put a picture in one of the albums to stay there if you want to delete it from the main gallery! Android is still better at that! For example, when you move a photo from Recents to Travel album, they can then be removed from your total gallery but be kept in album gallery!

bold of me to load it on my regular phone. fascinatingly, besides small glitches here and there, it's already very completed version of software with thermal and battery actually on par with the normal version!

The new Photos app is so spectacularly confusing that I’m astounded at how it even made it to the dev beta. I’m horrified that it’s going to actually be released. Non iPhone users are going to be baffled and frustrated. Who designed this horrendous affront to usability?

I guess Bluetooth toggle lost priority because of the nature of constant wireless connectivity to things like airpods, Apple watch, accessories etc. so ppl turn it off less often

As a blind user with motor control issues, I use voiceover and voice control. I am most interested in whether or not dictation gets more accurate and iOS 18 and whether we can now listen to the spelling of a word that dictation has chosen because most of the time dictation makes the worst choices possible.

Excellent review Bridget, I still wish Apple would allow the user to rename each photo, also being able to choose and edit song as a ringtone.
