It's hard to notice any changes. The Remestered version looks worse in Cutscenes but better in actual gameplay. But not by much.

I got a ps4 and bought the assassins creed Odyssey gold edition for $20 about 2 weeks ago when it was on sell and i got both this and assassin's creed 3 both remastered included for free with my purchase

LOD (View Distance) still shitty even in Remastered
BTW.. this game were made exclusively for PS Vita (slightly weaker than PS3 Graphics)
Then they bump the resolution and make it come to consoles & PC (but it still Vita Port with limitations)
Then the re-release it as Remastered.. it's not the best Remastered, but it's an ok-ish at least
