I think you guys could maybe start moving to more intermediate content. I think a lot of your videos are geared for beginners. I don't know if that content does the best for you but I would encourage you to make videos that more target Am players. It might help target a newer audience imo. Either way I love your videos but I think beginner videos are a little overdone.

tier list idea: rank distance drivers into to tiers based on armspeed required. Like categories being anyone can throw, 300+, 350+, 400+, and pro level.

Never got to the comment section this early. Just wanted to say love the channel & watch your vids all the time. Been disc golfing seriously for over a year now & my first disc was an Eagle my buddy gave me over a decade ago, lost it when I started again, found a Firebird instead and it’s been my favorite to this day. Stay Swanky

Nice to see some beginner content! But I think you’re missing the Mako3, the Proxy and the River.

I know that this would take forever, but I think it would be really awesome. If you guys did a comparison like this starting at putters and working your way up from mid ranges to Fairway drivers and then finally distance drivers as a separate category where you compare everyone of them that’s outfor every company and not only rank them and state the slight different characteristics you saw on average, but it would be really cool if you were able to say these two discs are practically the exact same in this plastic.

Both me and my wife are new to disc golf (a couple of months). We both like the river from latitude 64. Flies straight and far (for us as beginners) on a flat backhand release and hyzer forehand relase.

We found that there is quite a difference in stability in a 165 gold river vs a 176 opto river. Obviously the 176 opto river is heavier and stiffer, but you can also clearly see the difference in dome just holding the disks up next to each other. My wife very much prefers the 165 gold, i like both, depending on the weather.

Do my eyes deceive me or is this list missing the Mako3, River, and Mamba? Tsk tsk, young men. Tsk……tsk.
Edit: on another note, another great thing about the Glitch that I love, in addition to everything you said, is that it is REALLY good at revealing the flaws in your throw. I know from sad sad personal experience lol

Inner core is so good. My favorite throwing putter in my bag right now. Holds every angle I put it on, absolute laser beam.

You're missing the Westside Underworld which, speaking as a beginner, is absolutely S tier in my books. Also the Fuse is literally the only disc I can consistently throw straight, thus S tier too. Don't agree with Glitch as S tier. While fun to throw, it's got a totally unpredictable flight path with even the slightest wind....

The Discraft Zone or some kind of overstable approach disc should be on this list. Works for all skill levels imo as it will teach you to learn unique shots as you develop arm strength

I like the video (besides that the Berg should obviously be a top A-tier disc), but two excellent beginner discs you in my mind missed are the Mako3 and the River.

The scorch is such an underrated disc. It has a similar hand feel to a heat with more speed. The first runs are very flippy. I have one in the bag and it makes an amazing roller.

In sweden the kastaplast discs are 199kr in K1 wich equals to about 18$, which feels like just average for premium grade plastics

I'd include the DD Deputy and Lat 64 Keystone

Beginners should look at the Innova Mirage, Prodigy PA-5, or MVP Spin.

Id also say you missed the MVP Uplink, Lone Star Bearkat, and Clash Peach.

European here. Kastaplast is very affordable here. Infact it is some of the cheapest premium plastic out there. That being said, europe is generally pretty expensive, so it is not cheap per se.

How much are kastaplast discs there? To me they are regular priced discs.

The River is a massive oversight. Great beginner disc, a multitude of plastics and low price.

Thanks for the info. A starter set ranking would be awesome.

My glitch warped immediately. Left it out on my porch under a massive box to flatten it out over the summer. Pulled it out in September and it was perfect, flat as a board and back to new. Played one round, and it being in my bag with other discs caused it to warp again. Legit my least favorite disc unless you just want to use it as a catch disc. its great for that.
