1999-2000 was so bizarre. ECW was their highest rated show, and they did not even bother to advertise. Meanwhile, TNN spent weeks advertising "Rollerjam" which only did 1/2 the rating of ECW, and flopped miserably. I honestly think TNN wanted the WWE, and was simply testing the waters for several months, to see how their audience would react to pro wrestling.
