What's at stake in the Supreme Court Affordable Care Act case?

A case being argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in November 2020 could lead to the the overturning of all or part of the Affordable Care Act, which became law in spring 2010.

The outcome of the case, and the potential effects on the ACA, will not be known until 2021. Actions by the president and Congress could also affect the ACA's future.
