This is the same Aziraphale who stood with Crowley, long before this, not being as bothered by the "waste" that was the forming universe, soon to be shut back down. Yeah sorry aziraphale but with her situation her oportunities are split in two direction either she becomes what you call "wicked" or she dies a few days later from starvation and arguably she choose one of the least "wicked" things she could have done instead of selling her body or stealing from the living she instead steals from the dead and that doesn't really hurt anyone since if they were a good person their souls are in heaven and they shouldn't really care about their rotting flesh and if they were a bad person they are in hell and don't have the time to care about their dead body
