I had a very similar fault, but mine had never been tuned so had no channels previously stored. Fixed it by changing the DAB module which is behind the rear seats under the carpet in the boot/trunk (Just pull the carpet/velcro, not need to remove the battery cover). A grey metallic box about the size of a box of chef's matches, with a large white label, and two connectors. Took a couple minutes to swap once I'd figured out how to unclip it all.

of course its failing... its dab... its allready discontinued...
if u want to listen the new dab+ sistem in ampera u need to get new dab+ converter...
