Great looking boots! I'll be interested to see how you like these boots in the future. I'm thinking of getting some Nick's or White's boots later this year. That olive waxed flesh is probably my favorite waxed flesh color as well

Glad to see you add a pair of Whites. BHs are a great choice, but I thought you might go for MP-M1s as they seem more similar to the Truman’s you buy. Regardless I’d like to hear more about how you think they compare to Truman’s. I have a pair of Packer pointed toes as I like cowboy boots and they have the 690 arch ease last which I highly recommend. I also have a pair of Drew’s linecutters which I believe are made by Whites. They are nearly identical to smoke jumpers. You will get used to the stacked heel that is shaped in, it’s a standard shape for PACNW boots (Nicks, JK Boots, Franks, ... all have them). I do like your boots, they are really good looking, but I wish you would have opted for a different leather. These seem similar to a Truman’s leather. The packers, stockmans, ranchers, they are true workboots and I’d love to hear your opinion on one of those models. Wesco, Nicks, JK, Whites, Drew’s and Franks all make packer boots, maybe try a pair if those if you want to get way away from your comfort zone.

My dude, I know it's ironic that you don't actually prefer them yourself, but you will KILL IT with your kilties. I'm genuinely excited for you and for myself, because I have a couple of pairs that could use kilties just as spacers to keep the tops of the vamp from touching. I will be on the lookout for the official rollout and plan to be among your first customers. And if you want to go ahead and do a prototype pair for some Grant Stone Edwards in Waxed Tobacco, I'd be happy to test them for you. :)
