Perform any multiplication or division, from left to right:

No always applicable. Take square root of 36: 3+6=9, 9-2=7 which is not the square root of 36.

I think you mean cube root of 125, then 1+2+5=8, 8-3=5 which is cube root of 125

Your method does not apply to the last one for the value of 125.. So I won't even guess

125 is not a perfect square. So its square is root is not a whole number (12. something ). This affirms the limitation of this method.

√125 does not work. It should have been powered in 3, not in 2. 5x5x5=125. Then, it would have been 1+2+5=8; 8-3=5;

Squre root of 125 is 11. Some thing.. which can not be solved as shown by you bro.. it should have been squre root of 225 then the method holds good.. 😂😂😂

instead use

²√5•5•5=
²√5² √5=
=5√5

However, if instead of ²√125, use ³√125, the answer would be 5
and the divisible trick applies
1+2+5=8-3=5
