They should let Work and holiday visa holders decide whether they want a refund or a waiver and that should not be conditioned to an age thing. It's clear to me that they haven't thought about these solutions thoroughly. There are people who gave up on everything, their jobs, their places, sold their things to move to Oz and now they can't continue with their life plans because of this restriction. And on the other side there are younger people whose conditions changed and they are not interested in travelling to Australia anymore and they need their money back but they can't because of the restrictions they have imposed. Waiting almost for a year to find out this is very unfair. Totally messed up.
