Thank you! The network setting reset seems to have worked for me. This problem has been driving me mad for weeks. Fingers crossed it stays working. ETA: I had to turn off mobile data as it put it back on for me and I only use the wifi.

My dad was having a hard time fixing his tablet, he then asked some help to my sisters but they can't fix it too. Then he went to me to fix it, had a hard time also.
