This song is pure joy and unbounded happiness. It lifts my soul out of any depression I might be in. If I could find a way to play it in a loop I would play it non-stop, all day!! I also love " Brown eyed girl ". Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy! 🥰☺😊

Takes me way back to the early 1970's. What a great era of music. I wish it was 1972 again so this song would have just come out again and be played on the radio a lot.

24 years old when this song came out. Affirmation than how far the journey has come to where it is today.

I can see clearly now the rain has gone, i can see all obstacles in my way, gone are the dark clouds that had me blind, it's gonna be a bright bright, bright, bright sun shiny day🙏

I'm going through some difficult situations in my life at the moment. The Lyrics to this song 🎵 brings volumes of clarity right now. And decisions on how to move forward in my LIFE in my Senior Years! I always loved this song in my younger years BUT it really has a deeper meaning now. 🎵🎼🎶

I was only 3 when this song first came out in 1972...Now that I'll be 56 this year, this song now has so much meaning for me...Specifically in terms of relationships and men..There are no more GRAY areas where understanding men are concerned...whew what a deliverance....I can now pick my men more wisely thanks to experience gained over the years.

I love this. Thank you for sharing. Its not only a great song, but makes me think of when my little sister passed in Oct 9th, 2021. She was struggling with addiction and overdosed and I heard this on the radio right after she was buried. I think it was a sign from her. The words are perfectly fitting.

Lost my mum last year. And beat depression last week. For being in it for 27 years. I beat it! It never killed me. Like it did my friends and idols. And many others. It got so close to taking me. I was close many times.

I sang this 2 nights ago. And only thought of my mum and friends and my new future! And who I can pick up along the way and help as well. I’m here for free if anyone needs me. My payment is helping you and making you the best version of you! And not losing you forever cos of this dreadful disease.😢.

Happy 50th anniversary to this song, it was released this time in 1972(it’s November 2022 as I make this post.) This song made the Top Ten songs of 1972, together with “Alone again, naturally”(Gilbert O Sullivan), Black and White(Three dog night), Horse with no name (America), and “My Dingaling”(Chuck Berry). Here’s to another 50 years for this song to live on!
