This is a condensed review of the IDOLCAM VlogStar by Zander Round. *In his full review, one thing he didn't like the VlogStar mic mounting sideways on the camera, which blocks his Canon RP camera screen during vlogging.

The VlogStar is best suited for GoPros, DJI Osmo, Sony Zv1 and most Sony, Canon and Nikon DSLRs with up swing selfie LCDs. We designed VlogStar to get premium audio while keeping the size to minimal.
