Here's what I got from the story, somewhat:

The mother was an alcoholic, and was neglectful to her children. The voice from the toilet was the character you play as's baby sister, who I assume the mother killed or something? After you kill the mother, and put her in the toilet to be with your baby sister, you think you'll join them soon? Which probably means you go to the attic god and ask to be with your sister and mother? I'm unsure.
