In my country, we keep pet pigeons on the roof or our balconies! We make wooden houses for them which have multiple boxes! Each box can hold up to 2 pigeons! In the morning we release them, give them! And they fly around nearby areas! Find foods or whatever they like to do! They come back when the sun sets. Go back to their respective rooms/boxes by themselves! And then we shut the doors of their houses! And they get a good night's sleep!
We can see these in mostly villages! I remember whenever I went to visit our village as a kid, I used to hear pigeon sounds coming from the shades of my grandmom's house! And whenever I look up, I see a pigeon chilling there!😆😆

Such sweet little creatures, I have bird feeders in my garden and I always put some bird seed on the grass for them too. They sit on my roof in a row looking over at me when I go in the garden and can hear them cooing before coming down to eat. They are so cute.

I've hand-reared a few pigeons, they can be little sweethearts sometimes. Some can be little bastards too, but they cant hurt you even when they try really hard lol. I Love Birds.
