My question about sleep is what do you do when you work until most of the time 10-11pm and have to get up latest 6am for school the next day? I feel like I can never get enough sleep when this is ~4-5 days a week that I’m working then school the next morning

For more information, I normally wake up around 5:45, go to school from 7:20-11 since I’m a senior in highschool, then I go to the gym from 12:30-2 ish then go to work from 3/3:30-10-11
