I have a theory that these types of focus videos are really helpful for both people with adhd or anxiety, or both (thats me!). It helps ground you in reality in a really strong way, wether it be due to time blindness, rejection sensitivity, panic attack, cyclic thoughts, etc. It reminds me of the technique I learned a long time ago for panic attacks of naming 5 colors you see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you can smell, 1 thing you can taste (and the variations of this technique). It can break you out of whatever's going on, even for just a moment. Thanks for providing these lovely calming videos that help me out a lot w mental health in this way!!
