This is probably the first adhd asmr I've ever liked. Usually the person acts like they think adhd means you are dumb, or aggressively snap their fingers and tell you to pay attention. In typical adhd fashion, I don't want to do anything someone orders me to do. You're killing it as always.

i love that all of the comments are fellow adhd’ers agreeing that a lot of “adhd” asmr is just aggressive and fast and this video is a god sent gift that’s perfectly stimulating

HAHAHA 'You understand what I'm doing to you right now don't you? You don't understand? I don't either. But you're in great hands because I'm a doctor.'

i usually don’t like ADHD asmr vids because they’re either way too much and i get overstimulated way too quickly or they’re not enough and i need more stimulation. this was gold. relaxing, easy, funny, and followed my ADHD thought process lmfao

i’m so glad you weren’t randomly yelling focus focus at me lol, i’ve always hated when someone would clap in my face or snap their fingers at me when i would zone out, so this asmr video was so nice💛

I never click on the asmr videos that say it’s for ADHD because they are always very very aggressive and overstimulating, meanwhile this is perfect asmr for adhd because it’s balance between knowing how to catch my attention again with tingles but also doing things soft and slow and one times a little fast it isn’t aggressive at all and feels like a warm hug, plus how much the triggers last and how random they are it’s perfect cuz in my mind it makes sense and it’s really sweet to find a video like this.

The face I pulled when you said "balls of steel" and then pointed at us like you knew exactly what we were thinking 💀

AUDhd here. Visual triggers while your face and voice are off screen/out of focus are perfect. Like some other commenters, the chaotic energy of most ADHD vids are overstimulating. The change in cadence and mix of soft spoken/whisper hit the sensory stim without overwhelming each other. Your big balls sent me straight into Tingleland. Not a sound we hear a lot, but I friggin loved it. I could go on and on about why I loved this video, but it can all be summed up by this: whatever you're doing, you keep your cadence consistent and that's what makes it great.

I love the fact he wasn't snapping on my face to focus or just continuously telling me to focus like other adhd asmr videos, those used to make me stress out when I was trying to relax and it was always too aggressive or too slow for me but this is pure perfection. Thank you🙌

That sound you made at 0:28 was fantastic. I'd love to hear more of that at some point.

this is probably one of the best ADHD video I’ve ever seen. like it’s perfect, not too slow not too fast, and the change between soft speaking and whispering made me feel all the tingles I’ve lost. plus, you’re so funny yet
ps the skittles part cracked me up ngl

I don’t usually like men doing asmr (nothing against men just men wispering make me uncomfortable) but this man makes me feel so safe I can’t explain it

I'm usually unable to watch the entirety of an asmr video roleplay that lasts longer than like 3 mins but your odd triggers, humor, hand movements and shifting between soft spoken and whispers was able to catch my attention throughout the whole thing! Absolutely love this.
