To perform a median nerve glide:

1. Put your arm straight out to the side about parallel to the ground. Turn your palm up and keep your fingers straight out. Side bend and rotate your head away like you are looking down at the floor.
2. At your wrist, move your hand up and down keeping your fingers straight.

Sent this video by my physio to help with my median trapped nerve. How many times should be repeat this? They never specified and I honestly can't get back in touch with them.

Does this stop the live nerve compression pain? If not what does this exercise do? I have a total elbow replacement and I have problems severe with the median nerve getting compressed and sending me screaming in pain. Live... deep nerve pain. Right now I'm trying to make the pain go away and do exercises to prevent it from happening. I just took neurontin to so I don't feel the nerve pain and it's working and I'm looking on YouTube for help until I can get to my surgeon in 2 weeks. Just simple normal everyday walking all of a sudden I will get zapped with pain and it lasts days, used to be months until I found Sea Cucumber now the nerve pain is gone in 4 days. I get zapped just breathing and moving. This should not be happening, something is wrong, it happens frequently. I hate this nerve. I take Sea Cucumber 3x day, 2 pills. Takes the nerve pain away in roughly 3 to 4 days‼️ Without having to take prescription medication. I am looking to strengthen this elbow replacement arm however I can only lift 1 pound forever with this arm as well. Do you have other videos on this nerve that i can watch or suggestions? Thanks
