Stevie is Kim's daughter from another relationship.
And Eminem adopted them both and has raised them both as his own daughters alongside his one biological daughter, Hailie.

FYI, Slim Shady is singing both Temporary and Save Me. In Temporary, he's saying goodbye to Hailey since shady is going to be put to rest. Shady is what Hailey grew up with, and he's what she knows. He's saying life without the Shady persona will be ok. In Save Me, Shady's missed the good times he should have appreciated. Em made it to Hailey's wedding and walked her down the aisle. Shady didn't. Shady's also saying he's a "lost cause. Baby, Don't waste your time on me. I'm so damaged beyond repair." It follows the concept of the death of slim shady.
