I feel like I would rather take the hits and play the game between 30-60 fps than make the game lose so much quality in visuals. The shadows and grass for me especially make the game, and without that it just looks too ugly for me xD

All I did was get rid of clouds and the motion blur. Looks good now and runs good enough, sure i wish it were 60fps 4k, but I mean come on, it's wildcard...

Removing fog and clouds only increases the fps 3-5. Not nearly as significant of an impact on PC. Just FYI.

My first impression of the game on series x was the low fps. It was not looking as smooth as I'm used to seeing in other games. It also crashes quite a lot, especially when you run a non-dedicated server. Several times my partner has gotten a white screen and needed to restart the game. Several times my screen has frozen and I have to perform a hard reset to the xbox by pressing and holding the power button for some time to get out of the frozen state. Several times some my progress was not saved so I had to do it all over again. One time I could not access my saved progress and had to delete it and start from the beginning, just as happened in Atlas from time to time. It's quite disappointing to play for a month and then the save file gets corrupted and has to be deleted... On top we have more people than ever using INI-like settings as mentioned in the video and there are no hardcore servers up (yet). I don't like that you have to use your controller (as a mouse) to move whole stacks from your inventory to for example a boxes because it takes a whole lot of extra time. I hate the aim assist which I eventually turned off, but it's still for some reason active when moving things in inventories for using menus for some reason. Some dinos are bugged and don't hit you and you can't hit them, they just follow you indefinitely or until they find something else to attack indefinitely. Some corpses you can't harvest. Stones are floating in the air and there are obstacles where you don't see any so you can't jump up there. Honestly, in its current form I'd prefer if they'd kept the old servers on ASE up so I could play there instead. They should have devoted all of this time and effort into eliminating INI-usage and other cheats in ASE instead, kept the hardcore servers and then wiped them all to get people a fair and fresh start on a game that runs and performs well. I guess ASA is great if you're into taking still photos of pretty dinos though. Then buy it!

Honestly with games like 2k and even horizon zero dawn (came out around the same time) i feel like they could have done alot better with the graphics to be honest but im not much of a computer person or know much about that stuff lol!

Okay serious question how does your look like this on your x? Mine looks super low res in comparison the water looks painted on same with skyline. The image isnt sharp at all. I dont even car about fps at this point ive seen xbox playing and mine looks worse than theres

Where can i see a legit list of all these types of quality change commands i can use online ? I seam to be struggling, they just show up the "cheats" which im not looking for so

I’m having a issue, where I create a game and invite other players, my game runs smooth on ps5 but when they run around they look choppy and don’t run smooth

this is just redundant. at this point they should have just made a QOL improvement with an expansion for survival evolved if people are going to play this way. there was no point in remastering the game in unreal engine 5 if people are going to pretty much take off everything to the lowest point for performance over immersive. i'd be disheartened as a creator/developer. might be a bad comparison but it be probably like telling a content creator i hate your voice, but i still watch your content in mute.
