Maybe the reason we haven’t found aliens is that they have a “Prime Directive” prohibiting them from interacting with a lesser species.

I was a kid when _Fire in the Sky_ was released. My dad explained that despite popular speculation, Travis Walton was a Mormon and a health nut. He did not drink, did not do drugs, and was not given to lying. One of Travis's _co-workers_ on the other hand had such the reputation for lying that if he said "the sky is blue, " you'd have to go outside and check, just to make sure. But otherwise everyone who had been on the job that particular day all told the same story. And like an idiot, I figured my dad knew everything, so of course he'd know about this stuff. Fast forward several years to me watching a tv program loosely about space, answering the phone (back when phones were corded and couldn't be moved more than a foot), and rushing to tell my dad that his best friend called when I realized the guy's last name was Walton and he _JUST_ happened to have a brother named Travis, and why dad occasionally joked that Travis was "the family's space cadet".

When I was 10 years old I had a experience with a 6ft gray in my room one late night. All I remember is a blue light coming through my window, then seconds later I noticed a figure standing in the dark corner of my room. When I noticed it all of a sudden I couldn't move or make any noise. As it came closer the being told me everything will be ok and not to worry as it came face to face with me. That is when I started noticing it features and then every thing went black and I woke up the next morning with weird bruising on my chest and back. My mom remembers hearing weird noises from outside that night And seeing a weird blue light but something told her in her head that everything was OK and to go back to bed. That is my counterand if you don't believe it that's your opinion
