chestnut oak milling project

For a few years I noticed this big tree up on the hill across a stream dieing back.. I desided to go check the tree out as most of the smaller upper limbs were not gone. Bassically just the main trunk was left.. I cut it down and to my surprice it was maily still really solid in side. after looking around at leaves and looking up some info bassed on it's bark and color I descovered it was a chestnut oak.. Sever other chestnut oaks in the near area as well. so the adventure started..
