Having worked for many years as a life coach a limiting belief I come up against time and again is directly connected to the fear of being disapointed. This fear is so common and pervasive in our collective that most people do not know how easy it is to let go of, overcome and begin calling in your dreams more easily.

In today's live I feel inspired to talk directly to this issue and see if there is any messge from Vagrein as well.

“Sadness will not break you” and dream big, you may as well😊❤

"If you're disappointed, feel it." Great advice IMO. Though strangely, it's not what many of us learn when growing up.

Light workers, Life coaches, and those inclined toward the healing modalities... you have a very important job ahead of you; HELP BRING SANITY TO SOCIETY!

Maybe it's a matter of having self confidence. Charge for your services like they are the most important services in the world because they are. Ironically, they're also worth making free and available. But please charge those who can afford it! I'd love to attend one of your live events, but I can't afford it. At least not at this time.

That said, thanks for the free service video today, It was helpful. 🙂

"you'll feel it, and you'll get over it. you'll go through it" - just like loneliness, which can be a larger topic

I think I’ve been mislabeling disappointment as annoyed because this really gave me clarity 🥰 Thank you 💗

Wow, this is some of the most important wisdom I’ve ever heard. If only I had learned this 60 something years ago. I can attest to what happens when you’re terrified of feeling disappointed. I was so afraid of feeling bad that I wasn’t ever able to really feel good. On the other hand, at least I’m finding this out in this lifetime! Thank you and bless you for always sharing your experiences. Both of your
books are incredibly helpful also

Sometime back, I was called out in a client practice channeling session by her guides regarding disappointment. I see the same cycle in my life as you are describing regarding setting up events or programs and then letting disappointment interfere with the vibration needed to attract the attendees. Your tips are very helpful which I appreciate! Wish I could be at the London event. I know you’re going to get exactly the right number of people there for everyone to have the perfect unfolding 🤗

I think this is one of my favorite videos of yours. I have really great days and then there are some where I feel so busy that I end up doing nothing. It's that fear of disappointment that just causes one to freeze up. In typical Jessie fashion, you find a great way to change my relationship with such emotions. Grazie molto, signorina Jessie! All the best in London and Toronto!

Damn, you don’t know how close I was to actually being in downtown Toronto (where my family is) in mid-August (if only AC was flying to Israel!)—wish I could be there!!
Re disappointment, I love what you said. I really loathe the expression “Don’t get your hopes up” and have never subscribed to that thought. BUT I recognize how I’m letting my niggling expectation of disappointment (vis a vis selling the art currently on exhibit at a local show) already interfere with my vibration. There’s still 5 days left, and I’m going to stop that nonsense and be happy as if it’s all been sold! Thank you ❤🎉

wow.. this was exactly what I needed to hear. It's a hot topic for me, along with unrealistic expectations and letting go of them yet having good intentions. And I will see you in Toronto. YAY💖

Jessie interesting topic. You example of Taylor Swift is interesting. However, Shania Twain has shared her story on youtube. Shania Twain sharing her story also entangled Lionel Richie. Two people that have experienced exactly what you are describing here. They both share extremely painful struggles of expectation. Shania Twains journey is deeply resonate with so many people, I suspect because she literally lived parts of it out on youtube. Why this is important, her journey was back to her self. People resonate with her story because its their story. Finding or returning to ones self and loving that self just the way it is, a profound healing in and of itself. Once the joy of loving self is freed the "shattering of expectation" or maybe I should say the failure of expectation becomes so small. One is free to try and fail, as well succeed, both outcomes are received as the love of self experienced in the journey, not the destination. The question, is one performing for the stage (ego) or their heart? Should it be performance on the stage, the critic (ego) will always tear down the self. Should it be in Joy of the heart, the experience expands the self. Just a though. Wonderful and deeply introspective video.

More gems of essential insights and perspectives. Fear of disappointment dissappears if I choose to not lose the appointment with my self sovereignty inside no matter the circumstances... and permission and confidence remains as the better foundation for acting. Much love, I appreciate this ❤

Thanks, Jessie. I appreciate all of the value you offer here, whether through channeling, meditations, or just sharing thoughts and positive energy.

Maybe it's best to start off with these small groups. For one thing, they're easier to manage, so you can work your way up in learning to handle group situations. For another, they're more intimate. Participants may feel that they get more value from a situation where they can interact more closely with you and with those around them. If you have empty seats, look at them as growth potential.

Have a great day!

Brilliant advice and insights Jessie! Thank you! Which led to my insight that most of the time my highs are so close to my lows, that my trampouline ride isn't that fun or exciting. Time to transmute fear to excitement, embrace all emotions equally and experience the freedom of this greater expansion!

Wow, this was so impactful and current for me right now. Part of pulling back for me is a health thing and I have many days where my energy level and what I can follow through with are different from what I would like to be doing. I have been compassionate and understanding and patient, but it feels really flat. Now I understand. Thank you. I can still be on the high frequency horse :) giddy up! The feeling belongs to me - unconditionally.

Dear Jessie interesting talk. Thank you. When I was young I was always testing if an airplane will crash. If I had this feeling, I would not enter the plain, even if all my friends would laugh about me. But when I not have this feeling and the plain would still crash, I said this would be my destiny. I am not responsible for all my life. I can only do everything what I know is best for me. Therefore, I would have never be disappointed, because I have all done what I could in this situation. This wanting things with disappointment is always an ego approach 🤭👍

I absolutely love how you share the channel of your life and coaching perspective in addition to the channeling of Vagrein and I drink up all of it with GLEE. thank you Jessie, and see you in ColoradoX2!!! 🎉 I soooo want to have a live ticket (remote and even after the live event, after the fact recording, if that comes to fruition some day) to all of your events all over the world, so i can attend without any limitations or disappointment in not being able to fly to London, Toronto and your first event on Mars! Love you! (P.S. please make teleportation a thing already, universe, i have been asking for so long! ❤

It's always one's point of view. The venue will hold 'x' and only 'y' people show up. Having a full venue is great for the bank account, however, having a smaller number of attendees will in the end allow you to have more time to build rapport with each. No passport so no trip across the 'pond'.

Cool! Looking forward to the NDE podcast.
Now we're talking disappointment!!
A few years ago about two months before I was scheduled for open heart surgery, YouTube blasted me with NDE podcasts from many channels. The various stories sounded interesting and I was actually looking forward to it. In the end, all I got was a new valve, a bypass, and eight days of horrendous hospital food. Recovery went fast and I feel like eighteen again. If my 'second' life goes like my first, I'm looking forward to seeing 140...
(Funny, 'that' now is way different from 'this' now. And yet 'now' is always just 'now'.)
