How to Install Proxmox VE 4.2 (Virtual Environment) + Review + VMware Tools on VMware Workstation

I can not connet proxmox web gui from web browser. What could be the reason.?
Another question is;
There is 1h time difference between the Proxmox server and the client server. I used this common on the proxmox server. date -s "08:41:15" but system time is not update.
Could you help me this issue pls?
