Jennifer Soto needs to face charges. She handed Maddie to that monster on a platter.

I listened to a podcast where a long term friend of Stephan’s was interviewed and it was interesting to hear how he never seemed to have ever grown up, where he exhibited predatory “creeper” behaviour even though he was seen as a misfit, weak yet entitled. He had a terrible family life where he didn’t seem to matter, had explosive and exaggerated reactions yet was a cry baby who always had to win in his own mind. He didn’t have a supportive or structured type of family/home life yet when he misbehaved in public, his mother didn’t hold him accountable and would go on the defensive for her son. None of these are excuses at all for anything that he has done and IMO he doesn’t deserve to breathe the same air as the rest of us do. His friend whom lived with him found out that he had been sliding his phone under the door to spy on another roommates girlfriend and I think he was never taught boundaries or accountablity and because he felt invisible in life, I wonder if he thought that he would never get caught because he wasn’t important enough for anyone to notice. The whole thing is sickening and the amount of suffering that poor sweet Maddie had to live with 24/7( because that kind of abuse never leaves you even when the abuser is not around) is unimaginable and I wish she wouldn’t have had to endure 1sec of that evil .

Maddie stopped taking her medication sbout 2 weeks before her death. Teachers say she seemed less tired and happier. She became student of the week. I think she woke up to change her life and stand up for herself. If she had lived, i am sure many things would have changed for the better. Unfortunately she didnt get this chance.

Her mother needs to be brought to justice - of course she knew.

Can you imagine going through everything that dear little Maddie did and feeling like your mum hates you and doesn’t care about or love you(Jenifer telling Maddie she is kicking her out when she’s 18 and who knows what else) .
No wonder she had so much anger towards her mother.
Maddie would’ve felt unloved, unwanted and unprotected by the person that was meant to do so the most.

@kellidavis2085 I also am a survivor of my father and an older brother... I told my mom twice... Her response was "tell them to stop" Ha! That did not work so I knew I was on my own...Never told another soul until I was 30.. I will be 66 tomorrow and to date I still carry this burden... It does not go away but we carry on with grace don't we... Maddie, I think about you daily and am thankful you are in good hands now.... RIP sweet baby girl .. Thank you Chris for your continual coverage of this disturbing case...🥰

This poor kid, poor little Girl wasnt even permitted to live safely through childhood, her privacy, the pain physically & mentally is just unimaginable.
I hope Maddie finds peace on the other side, this side can be cruel at times.
