i'm really anxious about the Kayle rework. She desperately needs the VU, as the only playable skin is Aether wing Kayle (and it's really cool), like seriously, they never fixed the autoattack animation on any of the newer skins.
Maybe she's a bit boring to play sometimes, but i love the way she plays as a hybrid melee/range and then lategame turns into this onhit AOE monster.

I think they are going to move her E into her passive . So that when she uses spells or abilities, she gains ranged attacks with splash dmg as it is now. Then they are going to make her W have some effect where auto attacks refresh it up to a certain duration, allowing it to be an aggressive support tool for the speed boost. her Q turning into a skill shot with longer range is probable. She'll likely see and entirely new ability in E. That's my bet.

Morgana‘s Passive and W ability are extremely boring to use with no engagement or special effects whatsoever. Riot wants to make abilities engaging and special...her W and Passive are neither of those.

I think her q and w may be put on to one ability that burns enemy champs as they walk through and slow heals alias sorta like a changed nocturn ability

I actually don't like Morgana's ult.
Probably because I play a lot of ARAM, and her ult is really easy to negate in a team fight. Literally, just one person near the outside of the circle has to step outside of the circle and she's back to 120 sec cooldown to try and possibly use it again.. but it's most likely going to get negated.
In lane fights its pretty good though.

Passive-Each auto attack lowers armor and MR
Q-kinda like urgots q but slower and if she hits a champ she gains movement speed
W-a small heal circle kinda like fioras ult at max rank it increases attack speed to every champ in it
E-gives kayle attack range and each auto cleaves through multiple enemies
R-same

I was wondering if a damage amplification passive that worked through stacks would work for her mid mage/support identity. Like, doing damage to a champion gives stacks that amplify the damage they receive from allies, and she gets multiple stacks when she roots or stuns a target.

That would fit both her identity as some kind of cursed/fallen angel and would fit her kit.
